摘要
【目的】 探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。【方法】 选择2015年6月至2017年6月因股骨远端骨折于本院行桥接组合式内固定系统内固定术患者29例作为观察组,行解剖型锁定钢板内固定术患者30例作为对照组,比较两组患者手术过程中指标、术后指标、肢体功能优良率并评估两种内固定术的临床疗效。【结果】 观察组手术时间、术中出血量明显低于对照组,术后骨折愈合时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后无并发症病例,对照组发生1例术后并发症。【结论】 桥接组合式内固定系统具有操作简便、应用灵活、节省手术时间、减少术中出血量、缩短骨折愈合时间及住院时间、肢体功能恢复率高等优点,值得临床推广应用。
【Objective】 To explore the clinical effect of comminuted femoral fractures bridging internal fixation system in the treatment of distal femur fracture. 【Methods】 From Jane 2015 to Jane 2017, 29 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated with bridging combined internal fixation system were selected as observation group and 30 patients with anatomical locking plate internal fixation as control group.The indexes of operation, postoperative indexes and the rate of limb function between the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical effect of the two kinds of internal fixation.【Results】 The operative time and intraoperative bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the time of fracture healing and hospitalization were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There were no postoperative complications in the observation group and one case in the control group.【Conclusion】 Comminuted femoral fractures bridging internal fixation system has the advantages of simple operation, flexible application, saving operation time, reducing intraoperative bleeding, shortening fracture healing time and hospitalization time, and high recovery rate of limb function, which is worthy of clinical application.
