摘要
目的:探讨与分析微型钢板内固定与克氏针纵行固定加横穿锁定相邻掌骨内固定在掌骨骨折临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:从本院2013年1月-2018年1月期间内接收的掌骨骨折患者中,随机抽取100例患者,将其按照入院顺序进行奇偶排序,50例奇数患者作为观察组,接受克氏针纵行固定加横穿锁定相邻掌骨内固定治疗,50例偶数患者作为对照组,接受微型钢板内固定治疗。对比2组患者关节功能恢复情况,并观察2组患者手术基本情况。结果:观察组患者关节功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组,且观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:掌骨骨折患者采用克氏针纵行固定加横穿锁定相邻掌骨内固定治疗效果确切,促进了患者关节功能的恢复,并缩短了患者的治疗时间,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。
Objective :To explore and analyze the application value of microplate internal fixation and kirsehner's needle longitudinal fixation plus transversely locking adjacent metacarpal internal fixation in the clinical treatment of metacarpal fracture.Methods:In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2013 received during the period of metacarpal fracture patients,randomly selected 100 patients,the parity sort in hospital order,50 patients with odd number as observation group,the needle was accept longitudinal fixation across the adjacent bone internal fixation treatment,50 patients with an even number as control group,treated with mini plate internal fixation.The recovery of joint function was compared between the two groups,and the basic operation conditions of the two groups were observed.Resuits:the observation group of patients with joint function recovery was significantly higher than the control group,and the observation group of patients with operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,fracture healing time were lower than the control group,difference has statistical significance (p <0.05).Conclusion:the needle was metacarpal fractures were treated by longitudinal fixation across the lock adjacent bone fixation treatment effect is exact,promoted the recovery of joint function in patients with,and shortens the time of the treatment of oatients with high clinical value,worthy of nromotion of use.
