摘要
建筑行业快速发展,市场竞争激烈,在这样的背景下施工企业要想提升自身竞争力,需要不断加强工程施工质量管理工作力度,对施工过程中的材料、工艺、设备等进行合理管控,针对建筑工程施工质量管理工作中存在的问题进行有效解决,才能更好地提升建筑工程施工质量管理水平。论文分析了建筑工程施工质量管理工作的特性,提出建筑工程施工质量管理工作中的常见问题,并给出改善建筑工程施工质量管理工作中问题的相关建议。
Under the background of rapid development of the construction industry and fierce market competition,in order to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises,it is necessary for construction enterprises to continuously strengthen the work of quality management of engineering construction,reasonably control the materials,technology and equipment in the construction process,and effectively solve the problems existing in the construction quality management of construction projects,so as to improve the construction quality management level.This paper analyzes the characteristics of construction quality management in building engineering,puts forward some common problems in construction quality management of construction engineering,and gives some suggestions to improve construction quality management of construction engineering.
