摘要
螺栓法兰接头在实际的运行过程中,都会产生一定的应力松弛,使得垫片上的应力下降。当应力下降到一定程度后,就可能引发法兰接头的泄漏。不同种类的垫片,应力松弛的程度也不同。本文将讨论不同类型的垫片在螺栓法兰接头中的应力松弛程度以及垫片、螺栓和法兰松弛的占比。
In use of bolted flange joint, stress relaxation may be occurred so that gasket stress will reduce. If gasket stress reaches critical value, leakage will be occurred in the joint. Stress relaxation is different for different gasket. In this article, the stress relaxation for different gasket and the ratios of gasket, bolt and flange in the effects to the stress relaxation of bolted flange joint was discussed.
