摘要
目的探讨罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在无痛分娩产妇中的麻醉效果。方法选取2018年1月—2018年3月建湖县人民医院妇产科收治的行无痛分娩产妇64例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用利多卡因联合舒芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼麻醉。比较两组产妇产后24 h出血量及产后6、24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,分娩结局(自然分娩、剖宫产)。结果观察组产妇产后24 h出血量少于对照组,产后6、24 h VAS评分低于照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在无痛分娩产妇中的麻醉效果良好,可有效降低其产后出血量,缓解产后疼痛程度,改善分娩结局。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in painless delivery.Methods A total of 64 cases of maternal underwent painless delivery were selected from January 2018 to March 2018 in Jianhu County People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and research group according to random number table,32 cases in each group.The control group was received epidural anesthesia with lidocaine combined with sufentanil,and the observation group was received epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil.The 24 h postpartum hemorrhage,6 and 24 h postpartum VAS scores and the maternal delivery outcomes(spontaneous and cesarean section) were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of 24 h postpartum hemorrhage was less than control group,6 and 24 h postpartum VAS scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).The observation group of spontaneous delivery rate was higher than control group,cesarean section rate was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil have a good anesthetic effect in painless delivery,which can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage of maternal,relieve postpartum pain and improve delivery outcomes.
