摘要
[目的]分析2012—2015年延边朝鲜族自治州住院病人疾病谱.[方法]收集延边朝鲜族自治州10家综合医院自2012年1月—2015年12月间所有住院病人的病历共505 131份,采用国际通行的ICD-10标准对疾病谱进行分类,并进行统计分析.[结果]2012—2015年间,延边朝鲜族自治州住院病人疾病中心脑血管疾病等慢性非传染性疾病构成及顺位位居前列,其中脑血管疾病、缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、肺炎在疾病构成比中呈现快速上升趋势.[结论]脑血管疾病、缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、肺炎及糖尿病是威胁延边朝鲜族自治州居民健康的主要危险疾病.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the inpatients disease spectrum in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from2012 to 2015.METHODS A total of 505 131 medical records of all inpatients in 10 general hospitals in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from January 2012 to December 2015 were collected.The internationally accepted ICD-10 standard was used to classify the disease spectrum.All data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS From 2012 to 2015,among the hospitalized diseases in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the composition and ranking of chronic non-infectious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases topped the list.Among them,cerebrovascular disease,ischemic heart disease,malignant tumor,diabetes mellitus and pneumonia presented a rapidly rising trend in the disease composition ratio.CONCLUSIONCerebrovascular disease,ischemic heart disease,malignant tumor,pneumonia and diabetes mellitus were the main dangerous diseases threatening the health of residents in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.
