庭院通风技术在大型公共建筑中的节能应用研究——以株洲汽博园二手车交易中心为例

摘要 在改善室内热环境和提高室内舒适度方面,大型公共建筑的能耗远高于其他类型的公共建筑。本文根据大型公共建筑的特征与自然通风设计原理,归纳了该类建筑的自然通风设计方法,并利用斯维尔建筑通风vent软件分析了具体的工程案例,着重阐述了改善该类建筑室内风环境、提高室内舒适度、降低建筑能耗的庭院通风设计策略,以期指导其他同类型建筑的庭院通风设计。 Energy consumption of large public buildings is much higher than other types of public buildings in improving the indoor thermal environment and improve indoor comfort. In order to guide other similar types of building courtyard ventilation design,in this paper, the author summarizes the natural ventilation design methods of large-scale public buildings base on the characteristics of this type of buildings and the principles of natural ventilation design, at the same time, using Swell Building Ventilation software to analyze the specific project case, emphatically elaborated the strategy of courtyard ventilation to improve the indoor wind environment, improve indoor comfort and reduce building energy consumption.
