摘要
目的检索射血分数保留型心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)的研究文献,分析当前该主题的研究热点二方法对PubMed数据库中2007-2017年发表的有关HFpEF的文献进行检索分析?统计主要主题词出现的频次,截取频次大于13次的主题词作为高频次主题词。两两统计高频次主题词在同一篇文献中出现的频率,形成主题词词篇矩阵,利用SPSS统计软件对矩阵进行聚类分析,通过分析各类的文献内容得到该主题的研究热点。结果共检出近10年发表的有关论文1498篇,出现频次超过13次的主题词为44个,其中出现频次最高的主题词为心力衰竭的病理生理学(为353次),通过对这44个高频次主题词聚类分析得到7个研究热点。结论HREF的药物治疗.HFpEF与肺动脉高压.HfpEF的诊断、HfpEF的流行病学调查、HfpEF与卒中、HfpEF与新陈代谢及Hfj)EF与运动耐量,均为近10年HFpEF的研究热点。
Objective To retrieve the "hot"topics on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF)research by analyzing the related literature.Methods Articles related to HFpEF published in the PubMed database during the years 2007 to 2017 were selected.Subject heading (MESH)terms of the articles were obtained and the frequency of the major MeSH terms was statistically calculated.High-frequency MeSH terms in the literature formed the co-word matrix by the appearance frequency of the pair of MeSH terms in the same literature.The co-word analysis was used to cluster these medical MESH.The research focus was obtained after statistically analyzing the contents of each cluster.Results A total of 1489 articles associated with HFpEF were found in the PubMed database and 44 MeSH terms appeared more than 13 times.The MeSH term "Heart Failure/ physiopathology"was found with the highest occurrence frequency (353 times).44 over-13-time terms were clustered into seven groups according to their co-occurrence.Conclusion The seven "hot"are diagnosis of HfpEF;epidemiology of HfpEF;relationship between HfpEF and pulmonary hypertension;relationship between HfpEF and stroke;relationship between HfpEF and metabolism;relationship between HfpEF and exercise tolerance.
