关节腔内注射氧-臭氧治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效 被引量:4

Clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of oxygen-ozone in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的观察氧-臭氧治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法将106例KOA患者随机分为A组(62例)和B组(44例),分别接受关节腔内注射浓度为35μg/ml和50μg/ml的氧-臭氧混合物。采用VAS疼痛评分和美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分评价临床效果,并观察并发症发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,A组和B组治疗后1、3、6个月VAS疼痛评分降低[(1.97±0.83)分、(3.58±1.05)分、(4.63±1.20)分vs.(7.90±1.38)分和(2.07±0.87)分、(3.77±1.10)分、(4.61±1.22)分vs.(7.84±1.49)分](P<0.05),HSS评分增加[(84.64±4.43)分、(77.19±6.08)分、(71.81±5.55)分vs.(54.03±6.93)分和(86.14±4.03)分、(76.07±6.85)分、(72.34±5.96)分vs.(53.02±6.98)分](P<0.05)。但两组间VAS疼痛评分和HSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术中及术后均未出现严重并发症。结论关节内注射35μg/ml和50μg/ml的氧-臭氧均能有效缓解KOA患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,35μg/ml的浓度可能更适用于治疗KOA。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oxygen-ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 106 patients with KOA was randomly divided into two groups and treated with intra-articular injection of oxygen-ozone 35μg/ml(group A,62 cases)and oxygen-ozone 50μg/ml(group B,44 cases),respectively.The clinical outcomes were evaluated by VAS pain score and HSS score.The complications were observed as well.Results Compared with before in groups of A and B,in the 1 st,3 rd and 6 th month after treatment,VAS pain score was decreased[(1.97±0.83)points,(3.58±1.05)points and(4.63±1.20)points vs.(7.90±1.38)points and(2.07±0.87)points,(3.77±1.10)points and(4.61±1.22)points vs.(7.84±1.49)points](P<0.05)and HSS score was increased significantly[(84.64±4.43)points,(77.19±6.08)points and(71.81±5.55)points vs.(54.03±6.93)points and(86.14±4.03)points,(76.07±6.85)points and(72.34±5.96)points vs.(53.02±6.98)points](P<0.05).No serious complications were found in both groups during and after treatment.Conclusion The intra-articular injection of oxygen-ozone 35μg/ml or 50μg/ml can effectively relieve pain and improve knee function in the patients with KOA,for which oxygen-ozone 35μg/ml may be more appropriate in the treatment of KOA.
