摘要
以三苯胺衍生物为识别基,通过Suzuki偶联反应,成功设计和合成了一种新的共轭聚合物荧光探针,利用核磁共振谱、红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱对合成的荧光探针进行了结构表征,并研究了探针在N,N-甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液中的紫外吸收和荧光性质。研究表明,探针能选择性识别Ag+,在3. 00×10-6~7. 00×10-6mol/L范围内线性关系良好,I0/I=1. 03+0. 026 c[Ag+](×10-6),线性相关系数R=0. 997。
A novel conjugated polymer fluorescent probe was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction with triphenylamine derivatives as recognition units.The structure was confirmed by NMR,IR and GPC.The properties of polymer were investigated by UVVis and fluorescence spectroscopy in DMF/H2 O solution. The results revealed that polymer showed the selective fluorescence quenching in the presence of Ag+as compared to other metal cations( Na^+,K^+,Mg^2+,Ba^2+,Al^3+,Zn^2+,Fe^3+,Pb^2+,Cu^2+,Hg^2+,Co^2+,Cr^3+,Cd^2+,Ni^2+and Mn^2+).The concentration of Ag+was in the range of 3. 00×10^-6~ 7. 00×10^-6 mol/L with linear equation as I0/I = 1. 03+0. 026 c[Ag+]( ×10^-6) and the correlation coefficient of R= 0. 997.
