摘要
在我国老龄人口不断增加的背景下与国家政策推动下,医养结合的养老理念与服务模式已经在全国范围内发展的如火如荼。根据医养结合发展的实际情况和需求,制定医养结合服务规范,推进服务标准化建设,对提高医养结合的服务质量、建立有效的监管、绩效评估与约束机制具有重要意义。文章分析了医养结合服务标准化建设的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,认为医养结合养老服务的良性发展离不开标准化的行业规范。尽管制定过程会面临一些问题和考验,但服务标准化的建设能够形成更加系统、标准、科学的"医养结合"模式。
Under the background of the development of the aging population in China and the promotion of the national policy,the concept and service model of"the health care combined with the care for the aged"have been grown vigorously.According to the actual situation and needs of the combination of medical and nursing development,it is of great significance to formulate medical and nursing combined service norms and promote service standardization construction,which is to improve the quality of medical care and provide effective supervision,performance evaluation and restraint mechanism.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the establishment of"the health care combined with the care for the aged"in China,and concludes that the healthy development of the health care combined with the care for the aged in our country can not be separated from the standardized industry standard.Although the establishment process will face some problems and tests,the establishment of service norms can form a more systematic,standard,scientific"integrating old age care with medical service"model.
