航空发动机叶片扭转刚度试验装置误差评定 被引量:3

Error evaluation of torsion stiffness measurement of aero-engine blades

摘要 本文针对一种航空发动机叶片扭转刚度试验装置进行了误差评定,分析研究了误差减小与控制的方法。对扭转刚度公式展开误差传递函数分析,从载荷施加和角度测量两方面分析试验装置产生误差的主要因素,并采用误差传递函数进行合成,确定了扭转刚度的误差。通过对附加载荷等误差影响因素的深入分析,总结出试验过程中减小和控制误差的一般规律和方法。通过改进试验装置,将扭转刚度测量误差从±2.6%降低到±0.8%。建议叶片转动角度应控制在5°以内,以控制误差在合理范围。本文结果对工程实践有一定的指导意义。 In this paper,the measurement error of an aero-engine blade torsional stiffness experimental device is evaluated,and the methods of error reduction and control are studied.The torsional stiffness formula was analyzed first by using error transfer function.The main factors causing the error of experimental device were analyzed from two aspects of torque loading and angle measurement,and the error of torsional stiffness is determined by combination of the error transfer function.The general rules and methods of reducing and controlling the errors in the experiment were summarized through the deep analysis of the influence factors of the additional load and other error.Through improvement of experimental device,the error decreases from ±2.6% to ±0.8%,and twist angle of blade need to be under 5°to reach reasonable error.The above results may provide guidence for engineering practice.
