摘要
以跳汰机为研究对象,设计并实现基于PLC控制系统对跳汰机选煤生产过程的智能控制功能。从系统设计、硬件设计、软件设计以及智能生产过程分析四方面进行详细分析和讨论。该系统在某洗煤厂投入使用,实践证明,该系统操作简单、运行稳定、选煤效果良好。
The intelligent control function of jig coal preparation process based on PLC control system is designed and realized by taking jig machine as a research object.The system design,hardware design,software design and intelligent production process analysis are analyzed and discussed in detail.The system has been put into use in a coal preparation plant.The practice shows that the system is simple,stable and effective in coal preparation.
