流溪河特大桥菱形挂篮结构设计及有限元计算

摘要 流溪河特大桥现浇预应力混凝土施工采用菱形挂篮结构,通过分析工程实际情况,选用了三种最不利工况进行有限元分析。结果表明,挂篮结构的受力特性良好,结构的相关设计参数合理,同时,竖向位移数据可作为立模标高的依据,也可为挂篮施工预压和线型控制提供了科学的数据,具有很好的现实意义。 In the construction of cast-in-place prestressed concrete of Liuxihe bridge,the rhombic hanging basket structure is adopted.Through analyzing the actual situation of the project,three kinds of most unfavorable working conditions are selected for finite element analysis.The results show that the mechanical characteristics of the hanging basket structure are good,and the design parameters of the structure are reasonable.At the same time,the vertical displacement data can be used as the basis for the elevation of the vertical die,and it can also provide scientific data for the construction preloading and linear control of the hanging basket.Have very good practical significance.
