摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对半髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2015年2月～2017年3月间于我院就诊,具有行半髋关节置换术指征的88例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。其中对照组于围术期给予患者常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予患者早期康复护理干预。通过患者对护理的满意程度、术后并发症的发生率以及髋关节功能的恢复情况的评估结果,评价术后护理效果及患者康复情况。结果观察组患者护理满意度的优良率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的72.72%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后随访6个月,观察组患者术后关节性僵硬、下肢深静脉血栓、压疮的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后3个月和6个月,两组患者Harris评分均较术前明显升高,且观察组患者Harris评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论早期康复护理能有效促进患者髋关节功能的恢复,有利于降低术后并发症的发生率,同时可明显提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing partial hip replacement. Methods Eighty-eight patients with indications of undergoing partial hip replacement who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period while the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention at basis of routine nursing.The satisfaction degree of nursing of patients,the incidence of postoperative complications and the recovery of hip joint function were assessed to evaluate postoperative complications and the rehabilitation of patients. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.72%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the incidence of postoperative joint stiffness,deep venous thrombosis and pressure sore in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after operation,the Harris scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the operation.The Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of hip function in patients.It is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and significantly improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
