摘要
目的:探讨心理科在住院患者家属心理干预中所发挥的价值。方法:收集我院2015年8月-2017年5月150例陪同患者住院的家属为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序将陪同家属分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组给予住院病情指导等基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予临床心理科的心理干预。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查患者家属的心理状态变化,干预1个月后自制问卷调查家属的护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者家属心理干预1个月后SAS、SDS评分较对照组住院1个月后均显著较低,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.943,5.132;P=0.000);观察组患者家属护理满意度78.67%(59/75)较对照组61.33%(46/75)高,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.365,P=0.021)。结论:心理科的心理干预有助于改善住院患者家属的心理状态,消除负性情绪,改善临床护理质量。
Objective:To explore the value of psychological intervention in the psychological intervention of the family members of inpatients.Methods:In our hospital in August 2015~2017 May,150 cases of accompanying patients hospitalized were seleeted as the object of study;according to the patient admission order,they were divided into the control group and observation group,75 cases in each.The control group was given basic care such as hospitalization,and the observation group was given psychological intervention in clinical psychology on the basis of the control group.The self-Rating Scale(SDS)and self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to investigate the psychological changes of the family members of the patients.After 1 months intervention,the questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction degree of the family members.Results:After 1 months intervention,the observation group patients had lower SAS,SDS scores than the control group(t=6.943,5.132;P<0.01);The observation group’nursing satisfaction was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.365,P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention of psychological department is helpful to improve the mental status of family members of inpatients,eliminate negative emotion and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
