摘要
职业院校参与"一带一路"建设是我国扩大和深化教育对外开放的重要举措,也是发展中国特色、世界水平现代职业教育的需求。现阶段职业院校参与"一带一路"建设面临支持政策体系不完善、在对外援助中作用发挥有限、实践路径不明晰等突出问题。需要通过制度设计,提高支持政策的精准性;优化布局,增强教育援助功能;多元创新,丰富职业教育"走出去"模式,以此有效构建"一带一路"教育共同体。
Vocational colleges participating in the construction of "the Belt and Road" is an important measure for China to expand and deepen education opening to the world, and it is also a demand for developing modern vocational education with Chinese characteristics and world level. At present, in the course of vocational colleges participating in the construction of "the Belt and Road", it faces prominent problems such as imperfect supporting policy system, limited role in foreign aid, unclear practice path and so on. It is necessary to improve the accuracy of supporting policies through institutional design;to optimize the layout and enhance the function of educational assistance;to implement multiple innovation and enrich the "going out" mode of vocational education and effectively build "the Belt and Road" educational community.
