列车运行监控装置CAN通信故障问题分析及防范措施

摘要 列车运行监控装置(LKJ)在实际运用中,偶有"单机运行"故障发生。监控主机内部插件板故障、CAN通信异常等都会引发"单机运行"故障。对其故障原因进行分析,总结故障处理流程,并采取相应措施进行防范,从而确保设备稳定、可靠运用。 Single point faults occasionally occur in the use of train operation monitoring device,or LKJ.Such a single machine fault might be caused due to a failure of the internal plug board in the host,CAN communication exceptions,or other abnormalities.The reasons are analyzed and the process of fault treatment is summarized.In addition,corresponding measures are applied to guarantee the stably and reliably operating of the equipment.
