摘要
基于户式系统及被动式建筑的需求,提出了一种带排风能量回收的除湿新风机组。该机组在排风通道内增设一台主冷凝器,用于回收室内排风的能量,避免传统排风热回收方式引起的交叉污染。制冷工况下,利用室内较低温度的排风来冷凝高温制冷剂,从而降低机组的冷凝温度;制热工况下,制冷剂吸收室内较高温度排风的热量得以蒸发,从而提高了机组的蒸发温度。该排风热回收方式优化了系统的运行环境,不仅可以减少压缩机的能耗,同时也避免了冬季结霜的风险。
Based on residential system and passive building demand,proposes a dehumidifying outdoor air handling unit with exhaust air energy recovery.This unit has a main condenser in exhaust air duct, which is used to recycle the exhaust air energy and avoid cross-contamination that occurred in the traditional way.Under refrigeration condition,the high temperature refrigerant is condensed by low temperature exhaust air,to reduce the condensing temperature of the unit.Under heating condition,the refrigerant absorbs the heat from high temperature exhaust air and evaporates,so as to increase the evaporating temperature.The exhaust air heat recovery method optimizes the operating environment of the system,which not only reduces the energy consumption of the compressor,but also avoids the risk of frosting in winter.
