摘要
目的观察穴位注射联合针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童问题行为的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的孤独症谱系障碍患儿78例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各39例,对照组采用康复训练和特殊教育方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予交替穴位注射复方麝香注射液及胞磷胆碱钠注射液,以及联合靳三针及针刺临床经验用穴治疗。3个月为1疗程,以孤独症儿童ABC、CARS量表作为疗效评定的标准。结果治疗组ABC、CARS量表分数改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论穴位注射与针刺相结合,可充分发挥药液与腧穴的协同作用,使脏腑得调,经脉得通,气血充足,阴阳平衡,从而改善孤独症患儿的问题行为,促进孤独症患儿功能改善与康复。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods 78 children with ASD were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 39 cases respectively.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training and special education.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was accepted with alternating acupoint injection compound musk injection and citicoline sodium injection combined with Jin’s three-needle technique and acupuncture clinical experience.A course of treatment includes three months,and ABC and CARS scales for autistic children were used as criteria for evaluation of efficacy.Results The improvement of ABC and CARS scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint injection and acupuncture can fully exert the synergistic eff ect of the liquid medicine and acupoints,so as to adjust zang-fu,channel connection,the blood and qi sufficiency,and balance of yin and yang,thus improving the problem behavior of autism children and promoting the functional improvement and rehabilitation of autistic children.
