摘要
目的探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血浆褪黑素(MLT)水平的变化及其与疾病分期或病情的关系。方法分别采集14例HFRS患者急性期与恢复期血浆,同时采集14例正常对照者血浆,经萃取后,用竞争法酶联免疫吸附实验(CELISA)检测正常人和不同病情或病期HFRS患者血浆中MLT含量,分别比较正常人与不同病期、不同病情HFRS患者血浆中MLT水平,同时分析MLT水平与白细胞(WBC)计数等临床指标的相关性。结果 HFRS患者急性期血浆中MLT水平较正常人血浆MLT水平明显降低,较恢复期血浆MLT水平也明显降低。急性期中型、重型HFRS患者血浆中MLT水平较危重型患者低,且HFRS患者急性期与恢复期血浆中MLT水平与WBC计数呈负相关。结论 MLT可能参与调控HFRS患者体内炎症反应,从而影响HFRS的发病和疾病进程。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma melatonin( MLT) level in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome( HFRS) and the relationships between the MLT level and the disease stage or severity. Methods Theplasma samples were collected from 14 HFRS patients at acute stage or convalescent stage and 14 normal controls. Afterextraction,competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( CELISA) was used to detect the content of MLT in theplasma. The plasma MTL levels were compared between different severities or stages of HFRS patients and the normalcontrols. Meanwhile,the relationships between the MLT level and clinical indicators such as white blood cell( WBC) countwere analyzed. Results The plasma MLT level of HFRS patients at the acute stage were significantly lower than that of thenormal controls,and also significantly lower than that at the convalescence of HFRS. At the acute stage,the plasma MLTlevel of mild/severe HFRS patients was lower than that of critical patients. Moreover,the level of plasma MLT was negativelycorrelated with WBC count in HFRS patients at acute or convalescence stages. Conclusion MLT may be involved in theregulation of inflammatory responses in HFRS patients,which may affect the pathogenesis and disease progression of HFRS.
