摘要
将基于PowerFlex7000的6 kV防爆四象限变频器应用在煤矿井下的下运带式输送机,解决了煤矿井下高压大功率下运带式输送机的飞车危害,同时实现了带式输送机的软启动、软停止和调速功能。
It introduces the process to apply the 6 kV explosion-proof four-quadrant inverter based on PowerFlex7000 to the lower belt conveyor under coal mine,which solves the danger of the high-speed and high-power belt conveyor under the coal mine,and realizes the soft start of the belt conveyor,soft stop and speed control.
