摘要
自从1962年世界上第一台半导体激光器问世以来,半导体激光器的巨大变化,推动着其他科学技术飞速发展。由于半导体激光器体积小、性能稳定、结构简单、输入能量低、工作寿命长、电光转换效率高、耐碰撞、易于调制以及价格低廉等优点,半导体激光光源是下一代汽车车灯光源的有力竞争者。本文介绍了半导体激光器的工作原理及白光激光光源的技术发展现状,分析了激光器应用于车灯的优点及未来发展趋势。
Since the advent of the world’s first semiconductor laser in 1962,the tremendous changes in semiconductor lasers have driven the rapid development of other science and technology. Because of its small size,stable performance,simple structure,low input energy,long working life,high electro-optic conversion efficiency,collision resistance,easy modulation and low price,semiconductor laser is a strong competitor for the next generation of automobile light source. This paper introduces the working principle of semiconductor lasers and the development status of white laser source technology,and analyzes the advantages and future development trends of lasers applied to automobile lamps.
