摘要
目的分析护理本科生(以下简称护生)职业认同与人格关系,为护理专业思想教育提供理论依据。方法采用职业认同问卷和艾森克人格问卷对352名护生进行问卷调查。结果护生职业认同在性别、选择专业意愿、录取方式、接纳护理程度方面差异有统计学意义。相关分析显示,职业认同与内外向、掩饰性呈现正相关(P<0.01),与精神质、神经质具有负相关关系(P<0.01)。回归分析显示,选择专业意愿、接纳护理程度、精神质、神经质、掩饰质对护生职业认同具有预测作用。结论职业认同与人格具有一定相关性,结合艾森克人格分析,能够更好培养护生的职业认同。
Objective To analyze the correlation between professional identification and eysenck personality of nursing students in university,so as to provide references and evidences for ideological education of nurse students. Methods A total of 352 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with Questionnaire of Professional Identity and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised,Short Scale for Chinese( EPQ-RSC).Results The difference of nursing students professional identity between the genders,choose professional volunteer,admissions,and acceptance degree were statistically significant. Correlation analysis showed that professional identity positively related to extraversion and lie( P< 0.01). But professional identity has a negative relationship with psychoticism and neuroticism respectively( P < 0. 01). Regression analysis revealed that professional choose,acceptance degree of nursing,psychoticism,neurocicism and lie were predictors of nursing students’ professional identification.Conclusions There was a relationship between professional identification and eysenck personality. It is suggested to promote professional identification of nursing students by combining with the eysenck personality.
