创意产业是当今世界发达国家经济文化发展的重要潮流,西方发达国家将其作为转换和提升产业结构的战略步骤,而英国是最先提出“创意产业”的国家。多年来,英国政府采取各种措施积极推动了创意产业的发展,使英国从一个世界制造工厂转变为“世界创意中心”。其文化创意产业更是闻名遐迩,备受瞩目。
The creative industry represents an important trend in the economic and cultural development of developed countries in today's world.Western developed countries regard creative industry as a strategic step towards transforming and upgrading the industrial structure.The UK is the first country to put forward the idea of "Creative Industry". Over the years,the UK Government takes various measures to actively promote the development of creative industry, and evolves the UK from a global manufacturing plant to a "global creativity center".Its cultural and creative industries also spread the reputation far and wide,and attract widespread attentions.
