长波红外辐射弹体姿态测试系统

摘要 针对大量低成本旋转弹姿态测试的需求,设计基于STM32的红外辐射姿态测试系统,从而提高系统的测试精度和可靠性。首先,采用MODTRAN大气辐射计算软件对中纬度夏天晴朗无云情况下的红外辐射进行仿真计算,通过曲线拟合的方法建立红外辐射姿态测试模型,解算弹体俯仰角和横滚角。然后,设计了姿态测试系统的半实物装置,合理选型红外辐射传感器,设计传感器调理电路;利用STM32F4微处理器设计多通道数据采集存储模块,对测试系统的软硬件模块分别进行了调试。最终,在三轴转台上利用半实物装置模拟旋转弹体的姿态变化,并解算姿态角。结果表明,俯仰角和横滚角误差均在±1.5°以内,解算精度较高,结构设计简单、体积小、成本低,满足旋转弹体姿态测试的要求。 To meet the needs of a large number of low cost spinning projectiles’ attitude measurement,an infrared radiation attitude measurement system based on STM32 is designed to improve the system′s test accuracy and reliability.Firstly,the MODTRAN atmospheric radiation calculation software is used to simulate the infrared radiation of the mid latitude and cloudless weather in the summer.The attitude measurement model of the infrared radiation is established by curve fitting,and the pitch angle and the roll angle of the projectile are calculated.Secondly,the semi-physical device for the attitude measurement system was designed.Sensor module includes infrared radiation sensors and the sensor conditioning circuits.The multi-channel data acquisition and storage module is designed by using STM32 F4 microprocessor.The hardware and software modules of the measurement system are debugged respectively.Finally,the spinning projectile is simulated on the three axis turntable by using the semi physical device,and the attitude angles are solved.The results show that the error of pitch and roll angle are within ±1.5°and the accuracy is high.The attitude measurement system has the characteristics of simple design structure,small size and low cost,which satisfies the requirement of the attitude measurement of the spinning projectile.
