摘要
在水稻植株正常生长发育过程中,是不需要重金属离子参与其中,但土壤中往往含有重金属离子,在重金属胁迫下,水稻易发生表型变异及基因表达变异。在重金属胁迫下,水稻表型变异着重体现在植株整体长度及根部长度的改变;在植株基因表达变异方面,类金属ATP酶、硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶等酶在基因序列或是活性均产生了改变。水稻植株于重金属胁迫下的改变,并不是仅植株一代即止,此类改变更是影响了植株后代,且相关抗性也是呈渐强的趋势。因此,本综述将阐述水稻在重金属胁迫下对常见且有害重金属胁迫变异机理问题。
The heavy metals do not participate in the normal developmental process of rice. However, the soil often contains heavy metal ions, so under heavy metal stress, the plants could undergo the process of variations both phenotypically and genetically. The phenotypic variations of rice could be reflected in the length of the plant and its root system under heavy metal stress, while the genetic expression variation may affect the genetic sequences or activities of metalloid ATP enzyme, nitrate reductase, and glutamine synthetase. In addition, the changes induced by the stress of heavy metals may not only influence the current generation of the plant, but also inheritable for the future generation with the increase tendency of resistance. Therefore, this review explained the variation mechanism of rice to common and harmful heavy metals under heavy metal stress.
