摘要
为探讨手术室护理对肛肠疾病手术患者切口愈合效果及并发症的影响,将2017年1月至2018年2月于我院行手术治疗的50例肛肠疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受手术室护理,对比观察2组患者切口愈合情况、术后并发症及患者配合护理的依从性。结果显示,观察组切口总愈合率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(64.00%),术后并发症发生率(16.00%)明显低于对照组(44.00%),患者配合护理的总依从率(100%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),P <0.05。结果表明,与常规护理相比,对肛肠疾病手术患者实施手术室护理,不仅可以加快切口愈合速度,而且可以降低并发症发生率,提高患者配合护理的依从性,值得临床推广应用。
To investigate the influence of operating-room nursing on the incision healing efficacy and complication of patients undergoing anorectal disease surgery,50 patients with anorectal disease who received surgical treatment in author's hospital(2017-01-2018-02)were randomly divided into control group (25 cases,routine nursing)and observation group (25 cases,operating-room nursing),then both groups' incision healing status,postoperative complication incidence,and patients' compliance to coordinate nursing were compared.As results,the incision healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (96.00%vs 64.00%,P<0.05)lthe complication incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(16.00%vs 44.00%,P<0.05);in total rate of compliance to co- ordinate nursing observation group was significantly higher than control group (100%vs80.0%,P<0.05).Results show that operating-room nursing can not only accelerate incision healing,but decline compiication incidence,and enhance patients' compliance to coordinate nursing.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
