摘要
保护与利用好文化遗产是弘扬传统文化的主要途径之一,其理念和方法已经逐渐从"点"向"群"发生转变,更加强调文化遗产的整体性。日本实施的"日本遗产"事业通过构建故事的方式,推进地区聚集的文化遗产群的整体利用及其旅游开发,是这种理念的代表。本文通过分析该事业的主要内容、认定故事特点以及典型故事案例,提出我国可以通过构建遗产故事,展现文化遗产群的独特魅力以及提升其在区域层面的附加价值,一体化整体把握文化遗产群的利用,加大宣传与推广促进文化遗产旅游,并形成以文化遗产为核心、与地区经济社会发展联动的文化遗产群管理体制。
The safe guarding and utilization of cultural heritage is one of the major ways to promote traditional culture. Its means have increasingly changed from considering single heritage to heritage cluster and highlighted the integrity of cultural heritage. Japan Heritage is a typical program which promotes the integral utilization and tourism development of cultural heritage cluster in terms of narratives. Based on the analyses of Japan Heritage’s main contents,characteristics of its recognized narratives, and two narrative cases, the paper proposed some practices which China could learn from this program. They includes that showing local attractiveness and the additional value of cultural heritage cluster in manner of narratives, utilizing the cultural heritage cluster with a comprehensive and integral way,and promoting cultural heritage tourism by enhancing publicity. An effective management system is also emphasized, which takes cultural heritage as center and links it with local socio-economic development.
