摘要
温度是超低温冰箱最重要的参数,箱内温度是否有效直接影响到保存对象的质量。特别是医用超低温对冰箱内部温度的分布要求极其严格。本文给出了医用超低温冰箱温度分布特性分析方法,并针对医用超低温冰箱使用过程中空载和满载情况下箱内的温度分布特性进行了测试分析。结果证实了方法的有效性。同时,对开门后和开门恢复阶段箱体内部温度变化趋势进行了记录分析,并对断电保温效果进行了试验。为用户在操作过程中保证内部存储物的质量提供了有效支撑。
Temperature is the most important parameter of ultra -cold storage freezer,whether the temperature is effective or not directly affects the quality of the storage.Especially,it is strict to the internal temperature distribution that medical cryogenic refrigerator.The analysis method of temperature distribution characteristics is introduced in this paper,and tests have been given of medical cryogenic refrigerator when it is empty and full.The effectiveness of the method is proved by results.Also,the temperature variation trend was recorded and analyzed when open and close the door of the medical cryogenic refrigerator,and the insulation effect of power cut was tested,which helped to provide a reasonable advice to the user.
