摘要
近年来,微RNA(miRNA)的表达水平变化与肠道菌群失调在肠道疾病中的作用越来越受到重视。研究发现,miRNA和肠道菌群之间存在相互调控关系,在炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征以及结直肠癌等疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。本文就miRNA表达水平变化和肠道菌群失调的关系,以及肠道菌群失调与miRNA表达水平变化在肠道疾病中的作用近年相关研究进展进行综述,可作为肠道疾病诊断、治疗的候选miRNA,为肠道疾病研究提供参考。
In recent years, microRNA(miRNA) expression levels and gut microbiota imbalance have played an important role in intestinal diseases,which has received increasing attention. Study has found that there is a mutual regulation between miRNA and gut microbiota, which plays an important role in the development of diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome and colorectal cancer. This article reviews the recent researchs in order to better understand the relationships between changes in miRNA expression levels and gut microbiota imbalance, as well as the role of gut microbiota imbalance and miRNA expression levels in intestinal diseases. We aim to gain keen insights into the relationships between changes in miRNA expression and gut microbiota imbalance in intestinal diseases.
