摘要
目的:对齿瓣石豆兰的化学成分进行分离及鉴定。方法:将齿瓣石豆兰全草的95%乙醇提取物经不同极性溶剂(氯仿、甲醇)依次萃取,萃取部位再经硅胶柱层析、薄层层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据利用IR、Ms、~1 H-NMR、^(13) C-NMR和HMBC等方法确定其化学结构。结果:从各萃取部位中分离鉴定出了3个黄酮类化合物,分别为化合物6-甲氧基-2-(4'-甲氧基苯基)-3-羟基-色原酮、6,7-二羟基-3-(4'-羟基)异黄酮、化合物5。此外,还分离得到2个其他类型的化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲醛、水杨酸。以上化合物均为首次从齿瓣石豆兰植物中分离得到。其中化合物5为新化合物,命名为黄酮YN,为首次报道。结论:研究结果进一步明确了齿瓣石豆兰的化学成分,可为其药理活性物质基础研究提供参考依据。
Objective:To separate and identify the chemical constituents of Bulbophylluml.evineiSchltr.Methods:95%ethanol extracts from Bulbophylluml.evineiSchltr.wereextractedwithdifferent polar solvents as aether petroleum and ethyl acetate in turn.The extracts parts were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods including silica gel.ODS.Sephadex LH-20.The chemical structure of them were identified according to physicochemical property and spectral data by IR,Ms,1 H-NMR,13C-NMR and HMBC.Results:Three flavonoids compounds and two the other compounds isolated from 95%ethanol extracts were identified.All of the compounds were isolated from Bulbophylluml.evineiSchltr.firsttime,and the compound 5 was the first report that is a new compound,named flavonoid YN.Conclusion:The study further confirms the chemical constituents of Bulbophyllum.levinei Schltr,and can provide scientific evidence for material base of pharmacological activity of Pholidota cantonensis.
