摘要
Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) accounts for 90% of all diabetes cases and results in severe complications. It is a multifactorial metabolic disorder that results from a combination of resistance to insulin action and an inadequate compensatory insulin secretory response. The interaction between multiple genetic and environmental determinants has been considered to contribute to the pathogenesis of T2DM[1].
