摘要
介绍了山东滨化集团股份有限公司氧阴极电解槽的建设、开车过程,工艺流程以及部分运行数据。运行数据显示:山东滨化集团股份有限公司的氧阴极装置比膜极距电解槽直流电解电耗降低600 kW·h/t。针对运行过程中出现的阴极过滤器滤芯使用寿命低、氧阴极单元槽电压高、氧阴极转子流量计结碱等问题;提出相应解决办法:用纯水清洗滤芯,降低电解装置负荷,更换流量计密封面和材质。
The oxygen cathode electrolyzers operated in Befar Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced in aspects such as construction,start-up process,process flow and some operation data.The operation data show that the oxygen cathode device reduces the DC electrolysis power consumption by,600 kW·h/t compared with zero-gap electrolyzers.The following problems occurred during operation:low service life of cathode filter core,high voltage of oxygen cathode cell,alkali formation in oxygen cathode rotor flowmeter,etc.In view of the above problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward:cleaning cathode filter core with pure water,reducing the load of electrolysis device,replacing the sealing'surface and material of fiowmeter.
