摘要
马斯洛层次需求理论按照人在社会生活及精神世界中不断实现,将人的需求分为五个层次,其中,最高层次就是自我的实现。自我实现是将个人理想与社会价值最大程度结合的一种方式,是个人实现能力的最大体现。全国高校思想政治工作会议指出,大学的工作就是培养出全面发展、德才兼备的新时期人才,这也是大学生实现自我思想的一种重要体现。人才培养需要学校教育和自我教育双重融合,探索以社会主义核心价值观为方向的思想引导路径,以创新型人才为方向的学业引导路径,以知行合一为方向的行为引导路径,以中华传统文化和特色校园文化为方向的人文素养引导路径,从而实现大学生自我实现的最终目标。
Maslow’s hierarchical demand theory divides people’s needs into five levels according to their continuous realization in social life and spiritual world. The highest level is self-realization. Self-realization is a way of combining individual ideal with social value to the greatest extent, and it is the greatest embodiment of individual realization ability.It is pointed out at the National University Ideological and political work conference that the university’s job is to cultivate talents with all-round development and integrity, which is also an important manifestation of college students’ self-realization. Talents training needs the dual integration of school education and self-education, exploring the ideological guidance path oriented by socialist core values, the academic guidance path oriented by innovative talents, the behavioral guidance path oriented by the unity of knowledge and practice, and the humanistic quality guidance oriented by traditional Chinese culture and characteristic campus culture, in order to achieve the ultimate the objectives of college students’ self-realization.
