摘要
为有效防止漏钢事故的发生,降低铸坯与结晶器之间的摩擦力,改善铸坯与结晶器之间的润滑状况,本文研究了异型坯结晶器振动参数对铸坯摩擦力的影响。利用VB软件建立了异型坯连铸结晶器振动参数模型和固液两态摩擦力计算模型,分析了在不同的振动参数条件下,铸坯与结晶器之间摩擦力的变化规律,以期找到摩擦力最小的异型坯结晶器振动参数,为改善铸坯表面质量提供理论依据。
In order to effectively prevent steel leakage accidents, reduce the friction between the casting slab and the mold,and improve the lubrication between the casting slab and the mold, the influence of the vibration parameters of the special-shaped mold on the friction of the casting slab was studied. Using VB software, the vibration parameter model and the calculation model of solid-liquid friction force of the mould for special-shaped slab continuous casting were established.In order to find the vibration parameters of the mould with the least friction and provide the theoretical basis for improving the surface quality of the casting slab.
