项目造价管理是项目管理中的一项重点工作,优质的合同造价管理即有利于投资方早日形成固定资产,也有利于承包人快速回笼资金,营造双赢局面。海南琼中抽水蓄能电站主体工程标段划分偏多,合同工作内容复杂,合同工期较长,计划工期紧张,交叉作业多,造价管理要求较高。从技术层面和管理层面,详细叙述了海南琼中抽水蓄能电站建设实施阶段主体工程造价管理方法,可供同类工程参考。
Cost management is a key task in project management. High-quality contract cost management is beneficial to investor to form fixed assets as soon as possible,and it is also beneficial for contractors to quickly recovery funds and creates a win-win situation. As a large number of main works construction contractors,complex contract content,longer contract duration,limited construction period and multiple cross construction in the construction of Hainan Qiongzhong Pumped-storage Power Station,the requirement on cost management is higher. From the aspects of technology and management,the cost management of main works in the construction phase of Station is introduced in detail.
