盘式制动器热力耦合分析及其温度试验 被引量:4

摘要 在对摩擦副进行热力耦合数值分析的基础上,通过ABAQUS模拟了盘式制动器制动工况下的温度和应力变化特性,探讨了不同制动压力和制动速度制动下制动盘最高温度、热变形和热应力的变化趋势,结合系统试验分析了制动盘摩擦进出口的温度变化,结果表明:制动盘的热变形会随着制动压力和制动速度的增大而增大,同时温度特性曲线和应力特性曲线呈急速上升趋势;此外,通过对比温度试验与仿真结果,得出两者的温度相差小于5%,为盘式制动器的简化模型提供了实验依据。 Based on the numerical analysis of the thermal coupling of friction pair,the temperature field and stress field of the brake disc during the braking process are simulated by ABAQUS. The changes of the maximum temperature,thermal deformation and thermal stress of the brake disc under different braking pressure and braking speed are discussed. Combined with the system test,the temperature change of disc friction inlet and outlet is analyzed. The result shows that the thermal deformation of the brake disc increases with brake pressure and braking speed,and the curve of temperature characteristic and stress characteristic increase rapidly. By comparing the temperature test and simulation results, the difference of temperature between the two is less than 5%, which provides the experimental basis for the simplified model of disc brake.
