Design and Experimental Study for Gas Turbine Intercooler

摘要 为了提高燃气轮机的功率,一种有效的方法就是在高低压压气机之间增加间冷器,从而降低高压压气机进口的温度,减少耗功。考虑到燃气轮机总体设计需求,间冷器设计必满足高效、紧凑的要求。用解析法对间冷器的性能进行设计计算,搭建试验台对其性能进行验证,试验结果表明:换热效率误差为1.8%,空气侧流阻误差为30.5%,水侧流阻误差为2.03%。通过分析对比解析计算结果与试验结果,提出换热效率及空气侧流阻修正公式,为板翅式换热器的设计提供了参考依据。 In order to increase the efficiency of gas turbine,an effective method is to improve the intercooler between high and low pressure compressors such that the inlet temperature can be lowered,and the power consumption can be decreased.Considering the overall design requirements of the gas turbine,the intercooler design must meet the requirements of high efficiency and compactness.In this paper,the performance of the intercooler is designed by analytic method,and a test bench is built to verify its performance.The test results show that the error of heat transfer efficiency is 1.8 %,the error of air flow resistance is 30.5%,and the error of water flow resistance is 2.03%.By analyzing and comparing the analytical results with the experimental results,the correction formulas of heat transfer efficiency and air/low resistance are proposed,which provide a reference for the design of plate-fin heat exchanger.
