巨大腹腔游离体1例报道及国内外文献复习 被引量：2

A giant peritoneal loose body case report and review of literature

摘要 腹腔游离体(peritoneal loose body,PLB)也被称为"腹腔鼠",临床少见,诊断常较困难,多在手术探查或尸检时偶然发现[1]。通常情况下,PBL直径小于1 cm,巨大腹腔游离体(giant peritoneal loose body,GPLB)长径超过5 cm[2-3],国内外仅有少数个案报道。本文现对1例59岁的男性盆腔内GPLB进行报道,同时回顾国内外既往报道的GPLB,探讨其临床诊治。
