摘要
某型无人机在其任务剖面需要经历严酷的自然环境和力学环境。这给卫通设备的环境适应性设计带来了极大的考验。从该型无人机卫通设备的结构设计要素出发,总结设备结构设计、试验及使用中的经验,提出以设计要素牵引的扁平化环境适应性设计方法。该型无人机卫通设备的环境适应性设计用该方法开展设备研制,并顺利通过了环境和可靠性鉴定试验。
A certain type of UAV needs to experience severe natural and mechanical environments in its mission profile,which brings a great challenge to the environmental adaptability design of the satcom equipment.Based on the structural design elements of the UAV satcom equipment,the experience in the design,test and use of the equipment structure was summarized,and the flat environmental adaptability design method guided by the design elements was proposed.The environmental adaptability design of the UAV satcom equipment was carried out by this method,and the environmental and reliability evaluation test was successfully passed.
