摘要
针对餐具清洗消毒包装中存在效率低,劳动强度大和环境恶劣,且可能有二次污染的问题,利用TRIZ理论,根据餐具的特点设计一种可以自动理料的餐具包装整理机。该餐具包装整理机包括输送和整理系统;整理系统包括固定架、分料装置、整理装置和调节装置,调节装置可对整理装置进行调节,通过调节分料装置的高度限位组件和宽度限位组件,可以适用不同高度和口径的餐具;输送系统实现餐具的输送;最后,使得餐具在包装前实现了自动理料。
Aimed at problem that low efficiency,labor-intensive and harsh environments,and there is secondary pollution in tableware cleaning sterilization packaging,according to the characteristics of tableware,a automatic feeder was design by TRIZ to solve these problem.This automatic feeder included conveyor systems and sorting systems,while,the sorting system including holder,sub-feeding device,and the adjusting device,which can adjust the finishing device by adjusting the height limit component and the width limit of the dispensing device.The components could be used for tableware of different heights and calibers,and the transportation system could realize the conveying of tableware.Finally,the tableware was achieved automatic sorting in front of the packaging.
