微生态制剂联合胃肠动力药物治疗轻微肝性脑病大鼠的疗效研究

Efficacy of microecologicals combined with gastrointestinal motility drugs on rats with mild hepatic encephalopathy

摘要 目的 探讨微生态制剂联合胃肠动力药物治疗轻微肝性脑病(MHE)大鼠的疗效.方法 通过腹腔注射硫代乙酰胺(TAA)制造大鼠MHE模型,根据干预条件不同将30只大鼠分为TAA组、治疗组和对照组,每组各10只.采用Morris水迷宫检测3组大鼠空间记忆能力,明确是否存在MHE,测定其血浆内毒素、血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及肝功能指标,观察其肝脏病理学改变,并进行比较分析.结果 与对照组及治疗组比较,TAA组大鼠空间记忆能力明显下降,各项血液检测指标水平均明显升高,肝脏组织病理学改变明显(P<0.05).而治疗组与对照组比较上述指标无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 微生态制剂联合胃肠动力药物可明显改善MHE大鼠的空间记忆能力、相关血液学指标及肝脏组织病理学改变. Objective To investigate the efficacy of microecologicals combined with gastrointestinal motility drugs on rats with mild hepatic encephalopathy(MHE).Methods Rat MHE model was established by intraperitoneal injection of thioacetamide(TAA).According to different intervention conditions,30 rats were divided into TAA group,treatment group and control group,with 10 rats in each group.Morris water maze was used to detect the spatial memory ability of rats in three groups to determine whether there was MHE.Plasma endotoxin,serum interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and liver function were measured,pathological changes of liver were observed,and the comparasion and analysis were carried out. Results Compared with the control group and treatment group,the spatial memory ability of the rats in the TAA group was significantly decreased,the blood test indicators were significantly increased and histopathological changes of liver tissue were obvious(P<0.05).But there were no significant difference in above indexes between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Microecologicals combined with gastrointestinal motility drugs can significantly improve spatial memory ability,related hematological parameters and pathological changes of liver tissue in MHE rats.
