摘要
旨在探讨苯甲酸、富马酸及其两种酸组合的复合酸对常见致病菌的体外抑菌效果.选取致病性大肠杆菌(ATCC83912)、沙门菌(ATCC21512)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC65213)三种常见的致病菌为指示菌,苯甲酸、富马酸和复合酸(苯甲酸与富马酸按1:1的比例复合)浓度设置0. 25、0. 50、0. 75、1. 00 g/m L四个水平,以无菌水为空白对照.采用牛津杯法测定不同有机酸制剂的抑菌圈直径(mm),以此评价三种不同有机酸制剂体外抑菌活性.结果表明,有机酸对三种致病性菌具有明显的体外抑菌活性.其中,复合酸对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果显著优于富马酸和苯甲酸(P <0. 05),而对于沙门菌,苯甲酸和复合酸的抑菌效果要显著优于富马酸(P <0. 05);随着有机酸浓度的升高,抑菌效果显著增强(P <0. 05);不同有机酸制剂和浓度二因素对沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌存在显著的互作影响(P <0. 05).综上所述:在0. 25~0. 75 g/m L浓度下,复合酸对大肠杆菌、沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性更优于苯甲酸、富马酸单一使用时的效果.
This study was conducted to investigate the antibacterial effect of benzoic acid,fumaric acid and two kinds of compound acids against common pathogenic bacteria in vitro. Pathogenic Escherichia coli( ATCC83912),Salmonella( ATCC21512)and Staphylococcalaureus( ATCC65213) were selected as indicator bacteria in the experiment. The concentration of benzoic acid,fumaric acid and compound acids( benzoic acid was compounded with fumaric acid by 1: 1) was set to 0. 25,0. 50,0. 75 and 1. 00 g/m L,respectively,compared with sterile water as the blank control. The antibacterial effects of three different organic acids were evaluated by measuring the antibacterial circle diameter by the Oxford Cup method. The results showed that organic acids had significant antibacterial activity against three pathogenic bacteria in vitro. The antibacterial effect of the compound acid against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcalaureus was significantly higher than those of fumaric acid and benzoic acid( P <0. 05). The antibacterial effect of benzoic acid and compound acid against Salmonella were significantly better than that of fumaric acid( P < 0. 05). With the concentration of organic acid increasing,the antibacterial effect gradually increased( P <0. 05). There were significant interactions between different organic acid types and concentrations on Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus( P < 0. 05). In conclusion,at a concentration of 0. 25 g/m L to 0. 75 g/m L,the antibacterial effect of the compound acids against Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus is better than those of benzoic acid and fumaric acid alone.
