摘要
目的:探讨急性左心衰患者中医证型分布规律及与碎裂QRS波关系。方法:收集急性左心衰患者200例,对其进行中医辨证分型,并对分型结果及其与碎裂QRS波相关性进行观察记录,归纳分析。结果:急性左心衰证型以阳虚证最为多见。阳虚组fQRSs出现频率明显高于气虚组及气阴两虚组,且两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:辨证为阳虚证的患者心电图有较高的fQRSs发生率,预示着急性左心衰严重程度高,预后不佳,需加强对此类患者的监护及治疗。
Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the distribution laws of TCM syndrome types of acute left heart failure and the relationship between syndrome types and fQRS wave.Methods:Totally 200 patients with acute left heart failure were collected to distribute the TCM syndromes,and we explored the relevance between differentiation results and fQRS wave through observation and recordation,induction and analysis.Results:Yang deficiency was the most common syndrome type of acute left heart failure.Besides,there were obvious differences in frequency of fQRS with different syndrome types,and the frequency of Yang deficiency was the highest in patients with fQRS.Conclusion:Patients with Yang deficiency had a higher incidence of fQRS in electrocardiogram,and it predicted a higher severity of acute left heart failure,poor prognosis and then needed to strengthen the monitoring and treatment of these patients.
