阳明学说在组织管理中的运用

摘要 阳明学说是王阳明等思想家逐渐完善并发展的一种哲学体系,阳明学说所强调的"知行合一""致良知"以及"心即理"等,在当前组织管理中仍有着非常重要的实践价值。由于在阳明学说的体系中,对于人的品质、道德约束提出了要求,因此在管理者的视野里,不仅要善于运用规章制度进行约束,还应该善于运用阳明学说,激发人的善念,克制人的恶念,实现管理的高效化。 The Yangming Theory is a philosophical system gradually improved and developed by Wang Yangming and other thinkers. The "Consistent words and deeds","distinguish between truth and falsehood"and "heart is the principle"stressed by Yangming theory still have important and practical value in the current organization management. In the system of Yangming Theory,the requirements for human quality and moral restraint are put forward,therefore,from the perspective of managers,they should not only be good at applying rules and regulations to restrain,but also focus on applying Yangming Theory to motivate people’s good thoughts and restrain people’s evil thoughts and in order to realize the high efficiency of management.
