摘要
目的探讨低位水囊引产术围手术期精细化护理对足月妊娠产妇的护理效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2018年5月期间收治的100例行低位水囊引产的足月妊娠产妇,随机分为两组各50例。对照组行常规引产护理,观察组行围手术期精细化护理,对比两组产妇的引产成功率、剖宫产率及产后出血量。结果观察组的引产成功率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论低位水囊引产术的围手术期精细化护理对于足月妊娠产妇具有良好的护理效果,能够有效提高引产成功率,降低剖宫产率及产后出血量。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of perioperative refined nursing of labor induction of low water sac in full-term pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of puerperas with full-term pregnancy undergoing labor induction of low water sac in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine labor induction nursing,while the observation group received perioperative refined nursing.The success rate of induction,cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of induction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative refined nursing of labor induction of low water sac in full-term pregnancy has good nursing effect,can effectively improve the success rate of induction,and reduce the cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage.
