输卵管远端重度病变治疗的关键因素分析 被引量:4

Key factor analysis of the treatment for severe distal tubal diseases

摘要 输卵管重度病变仍然是不孕的重要原因,众多研究表明输卵管积水患者的妊娠率较其他输卵管病损下降一半左右。腹腔镜输卵管整形术治疗积水的同时,还为患者保留了自然妊娠的希望,是积水患者的福音。但是患者输卵管积水病变的程度以及术者的操作技术将决定腹腔镜整形手术的效果。文章通过输卵管整形手术四步法的介绍,重点分析影响积水治疗的关键因素,期望有助于提高术后妊娠率,降低积水复发率。 Severe tubal disease remains an important factor in female infertility.The fertility outcomes for patients with tubal disease with hydrosalpinx is reduced by half compared with patients without hydrosalpinx.Neosalpingostomy can improve pregnancy rates since it eliminates retrogiade flow of the hydrosalpingx fluid into the cavity while offering the potential for spontaneous conception.The efficacy of the restorative surgery is related to tubal damage and the skills of the surgeon.This study is to demonstrate step-by-step the technique of laparoscopic neosalpingostomy,aiming to help increase the fertility rate as well as lower the risk of recurrence.
