摘要
目的探讨蛋氨酸合成酶还原酶(MTRR)66A>G基因多态性与精子活力低下和精子数量低下的原发性男性不育的相关性。方法通过PCR-直接测序分析对389例河南汉族健康已生育男性和410例河南汉族原发性不育男性(少弱精子症167例、弱精子症103例、无精子症113例、少精子症11例、隐匿精子症16例)的外周血基因组DNA的MTRR 66A>G多态性位点进行基因型测序分析。结果 MTRR 66A>G多态性位点仅与精子活力低下(弱精子症和少弱精子症)的原发性男性不育的发生有关(P<0.05),而与精子数量低下(少精子症、隐匿精子症和无精子症)的原发性男性不育无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 MTRR 66A>G突变可能是造成精子活力低下的遗传易感因素但并不是精子数量低下的遗传易感因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between MTRR 66 A>G polymorphism and low sperm-motility or low sperm-count idiopathic male infertility.Methods MTRR 66 A>G polymorphism in amplification of peripheral blood lymphocyte DNA was analyzed in 389 normal fertile males and 410 idiopathic infertile males(167 oligoasthenozoospermia,113 azoospermia,103 asthenospermia,11 oligospermatism,16 cryptozoospermia among them)by direct sequencing of PCR.Results The MTRR 66 A>G polymorphism is only associated with low sperm motility(oligoasthenozoosperimia and asthenospermia),but not low sperm count(azoospermia,oligospermatism and cryptozoospermia)in idiopathic male infertility.Conclusion MTRR 66 A>G polymorphism was the genetic susceptible factor for low sperm motility but not low sperm count in infertile males.
