摘要
覆盖渠因内部无法实现彻底控源截污、水体修复能力差、淤积现象严重等原因,渠内水体黑臭问题严重,易对下游河涌水体造成污染。鉴于覆盖渠的危害性,对恒大排洪渠揭盖复涌问题进行了研究,提出了严格禁止河涌渠道覆盖、源头截污控源是截污的关键、制定科学的河涌管养办法、加强环境宣传工作四个方面的建议。
Due to the failure of pollution source control,poor restoration capacity and siltation,water of the covered canal is black and odorous,which easily causes pollution to the downstream river water body. In view of the harmfulness of overburden canal,this paper studies the problem of uncovering polluted layers and recovering water surge in Henda drainage canal,and gives suggestions as follows: firstly,we should strictly prohibit to cover the river;secondly,the key work of water pollution treatment is controlling the sewage source;thirdly,we must formulate scientific management measures for the river;lastly,the government should strengthen the environmental propaganda.
